How to get morning energy? ?
It's been happening for a while I get up in the morning and my body just feels so tired and I workout like 4 times a week or more so you can say I'm addicted to working out I dnt feel like myself when I dnt workout . The problem is Its so hard to go to the gym when I have no energy ! I hate it I'm only 18 do I dnt think I should be feeling this way !? Help plz

Do you drink energy drinks?Energy drinks, especially ones containing sugar, give you a boost of energy and then affect your sleep during the night.Typically, you then drink another one to get moving in the morning.Sugar is a highly addictive substance and people don't think about it as decreasing their energy, rather they think the opposite.Diet is a large part of why we "feel" the way we do, so you might want to monitor that.Another problem is not getting enough water.Dehydration makes the body feel fatigued too.Just some things to think about.
You may be suffering from SLEEP APNEA.It is a condition that causes you to stop breathing when sleeping.Check out this web site for details.
