Country that uses natural resources most efficiently?
As in uses not too much and least pollution.

i think it is either norway finland or iceland i can never remeber but they use geothermal energy for like 90% or all there needs only oil for plastics and fuel is used there. efficient i do believe
That's not a measure of efficiency, that's a measure of consumption.
Efficiencies measure a relationship between two or more things. Things like; the most Kwh/unit of resource, or Kwh/$ spent, for production measures. Or for environmental measures, things like; the lowest amount of pollutants/unit of resource, and the highest amounts of pollutants/$ spent.
I think Germany was but they were using nuclear power and are now phasing that out...I also heard they use 30% solar power.
I think the UK is supposed to be working on it (at least the politicians acknowledge it)...

Certainly the most significant country is the US.You might find a country like Switzerland who is marginally more efficient but their economy is less than numerous states.We do not use too much resources.That is a notion invented by the left.
